LaTasha Mitchell is a Certified Life Coach dedicated to empowering women to uncover their deepest desires and achieve true self-fulfillment. As a senior corporate leader, wife to a business owner, and mother of three young adults, LaTasha understands firsthand the challenges of balancing career, family, and personal well-being. Through her own journey, she learned the importance of prioritizing self-care while maintaining purpose and alignment in life.

In 2013, as her family transitioned into a new season with her children preparing for high school graduation, LaTasha began to reflect on her own sense of identity. While she successfully fulfilled her roles as wife and mother, she recognized a need for greater clarity and personal fulfillment. This realization led her to establish a nonprofit organization focused on supporting teenage girls in education, career development, and health. Years later in 2017, she stepped into another level of purpose and became a certified life coach.

LaTasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She believes her calling is to serve women and is committed to doing so in alignment with the will of God.

Coaching   Philosophy.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that empowerment begins when a woman is willing to look honestly and compassionately at herself. Women are supported in examining their lived experiences, beliefs, and patterns with curiosity rather than shame.

Through guided reflection, women discover how past experiences and expectations have shaped who they are, and decide with clarity what to carry forward and what to release.

Self-awareness becomes the bridge between reflection and change. As awareness grows, women gain the power of choice, connect with their voice, honor their worth, and redefine success on their own terms.

My role is to support women as they learn to trust themselves fully and step confidently into lives that feel authentic, aligned, and whole.

Establish clarity, connection, and purpose

  • Identify internal (mindset, emotions) and external (environment, roles) influences

  • Utilize tools (e.g., self-assessments, reflection exercises, journaling prompts)

Implement, reflect, and sustain transformation

  • Take consistent, intentional action toward goals

  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed

  • Address obstacles, resistance, and setbacks in real time
